Sample treatment protocol:Whole blood samples were collected into disodium ethylenediaminotetraacetate tubes, centrifuged (4 °C, 3000 rpm, 30 minutes) immediately for plasma.
RNA Extract protocol:Total RNA was isolated from 200 uL of the pooled plasma using miRNeasy Serum/Plasma Kit (QIAGEN, Hilden, Germany).
RNA library preparation protocol:Cyanine 3-pCp-labeled microRNA was prepared from 2-uL of total RNA isolated from 200-uL of plasma, using Agilent's miRNA Complete Labeling and Hyb Kit (part number 5190-0456).
