The serum EV was extracted using Total Exosome Isolation Kit (from serum, Thermo fisher scientific). RNA Extract protocol: Exosome Purification and RNA Isolation Kit (Norgen Biotek) was employed to purify EV and extract total RNA in EV consequentially.
